Interview with the youth organization “Leaders Without Borders”

FERI, in collaboration with POZITIVO, one of the partners of the project “Building a Network of Cooperation,” organized a meeting and conducted an interview with representatives of the young organization Leaders without Borders from Skopje as part of the preparations for the project.

Leaders Without Borders was created to help young people develop emotional, social, and digital skills. As young individuals, they understand the challenges of navigating cultural diversity, the pressure of digital transformation, and the need for genuine connections in an increasingly virtual world. Part of the Leaders team has already participated in the Erasmus+ Mobility program, which provided them with valuable insights into the power of intercultural exchange, collaboration, and personal development. These experiences inspired them to introduce similar opportunities in their community, fostering connections and creating meaningful change among young people.

During the meeting, we focused on understanding the values of young people in order to shape our future actions. Key topics included social tolerance, responsibility, intercultural differences, and the importance of empathy, collaboration, and youth engagement in building a more inclusive and respectful society.

Together, we pave the way for a stronger, more inclusive future!
