The “Sustainable Business – Green Path to ESG” took place today. Our online workshop was tailored for female entrepreneurs and focused on two main themes: risk management and priorities. The goal of the workshops was to enhance the awareness and skills of female entrepreneurs in these areas to assist them in building sustainable and enduring businesses.
Throughout the workshops, various risk management strategies were discussed, including the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks within the business context. Participants had the opportunity to learn from experts in risk management and discover the tools and techniques they can apply in their own businesses.
The second main theme of the workshops was priority management. Entrepreneurs learned how to effectively define and establish priorities in their business activities. Various methods and strategies were discussed to help focus on key tasks and achieve success in business.
The “Sustainable Business – Green path to ESG” workshops provided valuable knowledge and practical skills to participants that they can apply in their own businesses. With the acquired information and tools, female entrepreneurs will be able to effectively manage risks and priorities, contributing to the sustainable growth of their businesses.
