MEDIATOR PROGRAM RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MEDIATORS 🇵🇱🇮🇪

Based on our workshops in Poland, design thinking meetings and online sessions, the most important aspect of mediator’s work is a supervision. Mental health plays a crucial role in mediator’s work. Based on our research we decided to dedicate 1 set of our materials to outline the importance of wellbeing in mediators work.

We believe, supervision for mediators is the most important aspect in their job because it ensures the highest level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and quality in their mediation practice.

Firstly, supervision provides mediators with an opportunity to reflect on their own practice, identify areas for improvement, and enhance their skills. Through regular supervision sessions, mediators can receive feedback, guidance, and support from experienced supervisors who can help them navigate complex situations and develop effective mediation techniques.
