DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOPS

Last weekend, another workshop was held as part of the international project MEDIATOR PROGRAM – the future of education 🇵🇱🇮🇪🇪🇺

This time, workshops for mediators had a form of DESIGN THINKING 🇪🇺👑

The Design Thinking method is currently recognised as one of the most effective methods of developing innovations by project teams – it teaches how to solve problems faster, more economically and with greater commitment. The method works well not only in designing product services, but also in optimising internal processes in the organisation.

2 days passed very quickly! We built and created our 🇮🇪🇵🇱 countries, our spaces! The synergy effect is a clue of cooperation! It was perfect!

👉 Mediation allows you to end conflicts amicably. It is a voluntary and confidential process of individuals seeking to reach an agreement between the parties to the dispute, conducted in the presence of an impartial mediator.

👉 Considering the situation in the world, including the conflict in Ukraine, in the coming years, a significant increase in demand for qualified MULTICULTURAL MEDIATORS who work based on a transformative model of mediation (holistic approach) should be expected.

👉 Adapting the competences of multicultural mediators to the changing world and preparing work tools on a European scale is a must today.

👉 Our project MEDIATOR PROGRAM – the future of education supports the flexible adaptation of the educational market of multicultural mediators, preparing them for the current needs of diverse groups in the community.

👉 Thanks to our project on a European scale, we will provide a better quality of professional education for multicultural mediators (new work tools, training programs). Thanks to the original Irish solutions of AUTPOST in multicultural mediation, the project will allow the introduction of innovations in the education and professional training of mediators in Europe.

👉 THE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT is to increase the professional competences of mediators in European countries based on the developed innovative program of professional training and tools for the work of a multicultural mediator.

👉 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

✅ Establishing cooperation with the international community of mediators (networking)

✅ Collection of European good practices in the area of mediation

✅ Development of a mediator training program along with educational materials

✅ Building the position of the mediator profession

✅ Development of professional recommendations for multicultural mediators

New methods and tools will be included in the training program for mediators by enabling the implementation of the developed results in Poland and other European countries.

All outputs will be in partner languages, including English, which facilitates the scalability of the solution in Europe.
