Please complete our survey by 28th of February 2023. Our survey is in Polish as it focuses on mediators form Opolskie Vojewodship and FRSP DIALOG stakeholders. The outcome of the survey will help AUTPOST LIMITED to create a bespoke program and meaterials for mediators to equip them in multicultural mediaton skills.
Our desk research will contribute to informed decision-making and programs in conflict resolution within different societies representing multiple communities and backgrounds.
Our desk research and its outcomes will help us to identify the different types of mediation programs and services available in a specific context of multicultural mediation. This information allows multicultural mediators to support parties involved in a conflict to explore and consider various options for resolving their dispute. They can assess the expertise, qualifications, and experience of mediators affiliated with different programs, enabling them to make an informed decision about which program aligns best with their specific needs.
Our report from the desk research will provide insights into the effectiveness of mediator programs in achieving successful outcomes in conflict resolution. By examining the results and outcomes of previous mediation cases, parties can gain an understanding of the program’s track record and success rate. This information helps in evaluating the potential benefits and risks associated with engaging a particular mediator program.
Our programs created as an effect of the survey will allow parties to assess the cultural competence of mediators associated with different programs. Cultural competence is crucial in multicultural conflicts, as mediators need to understand the cultural nuances, values, and communication styles of the parties involved. By selecting a mediator program that emphasizes cultural competence and has a diverse pool of mediators, parties can ensure that their conflict resolution process is culturally sensitive and inclusive.
By taking part in our desk research you can make informed decisions about the most suitable program we create to engage with based on your specific needs, the program’s effectiveness, specialisation, cultural competence, and practical considerations such as costs and accessibility. This informed decision-making enhances the chances of a successful and satisfactory resolution to the conflict and will equip you with the necessary skills you need to be able to work as multicultural mediator and to support different cultures.
